The Great State of Texas has defied the outgoing Biden regime and will be giving President Trump the honor he so richly deserves on Inauguration Day.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, former President Jimmy Carter passed away in his Georgia home last month at 100 years old. Following his death, Joe Biden ordered the flags at all federal buildings, grounds, and naval vessels to be flying at half-mast for 30 days, allegedlyith in accordance w the flag code.
A U.S. flag flying at half-staff shows a nation in mourning, which provided undeserved comfort to leftists mourning over Trump’s landslide victory last November. They celebrated this turn of events as a form of ‘karma’ rather than act like normal individuals.
But Texas Governor Greg Abbott was not going to let the Regime and their jealous haters prevail. On Monday, he took a bold step to ensure Old Glory will fly loud and proud in the Lone Star State to welcome Trump back into the White House.

“Inauguration Day is a day of celebration for America,” Abbott wrote on X. “Today, I ordered flags raised to full-staff at the Texas Capitol & state buildings for President Trump’s inauguration.”

“While we honor President Carter’s service, we also celebrate an incoming President & our bright future,” he added.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, outgoing FBI Director Chris Wray sat down with 60 Minutes on Sunday to discuss a variety of topics including his deplorable agenda against President Trump, the Chinese government’s infiltration of critical U.S. infrastructure, and the future of the bureau under Kash Patel assuming he gets confirmed.
While his remarks regarding China appear to be garnering most of the press, Wray also dropped two more tidbits of information that should certainly not go unnoticed by Americans. One of these will certainly infuriate supporters of Trump in particular.
During the interview, Wray revealed in detail why he was quitting early and called it “one of the hardest decisions” he’s ever made.
“I have to tell you, was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make,” Wray told Pelley. “But you know the president-elect had made clear that he intended to make a change, and the law is that that is something he is able to do for any reason or no reason at all.”

“My conclusion was that the thing that was best for the Bureau was to try to do this in an orderly way, to not thrust the FBI deeper into the fray.”

Wray later provided a ridiculous defense of the fascist Mar-A-Lago raid that potentially put Trump’s life at risk.
“Part of the FBI’s job is to safeguard classified information,” Wray claimed. “And when we learn that information, classified material, is not being properly stored, we have a duty to act.”

“And I can tell you that in investigations like this one, a search warrant is not and here was not anybody’s first choice,” he added. “We always try to pursue, invariably try to pursue the least intrusive means: first trying to get the information back voluntarily, then with a subpoena.”
“And only if, after all that, we learn that the agents haven’t been given all of the classified material and in fact those efforts have been frustrated, even obstructed, then our agents are left with no choice but to go to a federal judge, make a probable cause showing, and get a search warrant. And that’s – that’s what happened here.”
This is a total lie.

As Gateway Pundit readers know, a never-before-seen DOD memo in May 2024 exposed a secret Obama administration program that blew up the pretext behind the Biden regime’s sinister raid on President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home back in 2022. This memo unveiled that the DOD has been “operating and maintaining the information resources and information systems provided to the President, Vice President, and Executive Office of the President (EOP).”
Despite the Biden regime having the ability to determine what documents should be returned to the National Archives, they still gave crooked Jack Smith the authority to green-light a raid on the Mar-a-Lago and put lethal force against Trump on the table. This means the lives of Trump and his family were put in danger for bogus reasons.
Moreover, The FBI was also caught inserting documents during Mar-a-Lago Raid to make Trump look bad before getting rid of them.

Now-former Special Counsel Jack Smith even revealed the FBI doctored evidence to produce stunt photos of classified documents during the Mar-a-Lago raid.

President Trump’s trolling of Canada continues to trigger all of the right people including outgoing Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Now, one can add another highly influential leftist and potential Canadian Prime minister to the list.
Jagmeet Singh, the leader of the radical-left New Democratic Party (NDP) and candidate for Prime Minister, is still hopping mad over Trump’s trolling posted a deranged message to Trump on Sunday afternoon on his X account.
“I have a message for Donald Trump,” Singh began. “Our country’s not for sale.

“Not now. Not ever.”

“I lived across this country and I can tell you: Canadians are a proud people,” he continued. “We’re proud of our country and we’re ready to fight like hell to defend it.”
Singh went on to brag about Canadian firefighters showing up to help Californians suffering from the wildfires. Then he turned his attention back to Trump and threatened him.
“If you think you can pick a fight with us, there will be a price to pay!”

Singh went on to say that he has committed to imposing retaliatory tariffs on America if elected Canadian Prime Minister and said all other candidates should follow suit.

California firefighters have been fighting a heroic battle to put out of the most devastating wildfires in the state’s history with absolutely no help from state and local leadership. Now, it turns out some of society’s worse are using their courage to seize upon an opportunity that could further endanger the public.
LA County Sheriff Robert Luna revealed disturbing news this morning during a press conference about the wildfires: looters are now masquerading as firefighters to rob homes.
According to Luna, his deputies caught one individual dressed up as a firefighter who had just burglarized a home in the Malibu area. Luna at first thought the person was an actual fireman.
“When I was out there in the Malibu area, I saw a gentleman that looked like a firefighter and I asked him if he was okay because he was sitting down,” Luna told reporters.

“I didn’t realize we had him in handcuffs. We are turning him over to LAPD because we didn’t realize he was dressed like a fireman and he was not,” he added.

“He had just got caught burglarizing a home.”
This potentially means firefighting operations are being affected because firefighter uniforms are likely being stolen.

Now, actress Justine Bateman has shared a damning new revelation from her friend Eric Spiegelman, who served as a commissioner under former LA Mayor Eric Garcetti and briefly now-Mayor Karen Bass. It turns out that while Bass was in Ghana when the wildfires fire started, LA City Council President Marqueece Harris-Dawson took over as acting mayor and had a golden opportunity to assert his leadership.

Because Bass was away, she could not make key decisions regarding the fires, such as issuing a state of emergency.
Harris-Dawson, though, completely blew his opportunity in the most damaging way imaginable. When the Pacific Palisades wildfire started just before noon local time, Harris-Dawson decided to instead wait six and half hours for some unknown reason.

This move was made despite the fact California is known as much for wildfires as Florida is for hurricanes. Of course, Florida is always prepared for the worst thanks decades of proactive conservative leadership.
While Harris-Dawson dawdled, neighborhoods in LA started to burn down and schools started catching on fire. To make matters worse, NO life-saving federal aid could be deployed during those critical hours due to the lack of state of emergency.
Because of this, the Biden regime was unable to deploy water-dropping navy helicopters until Wednesday.

Bateman also notes that Harris-Dawson supposedly does not do anything significant like this unless he has prior approval from Bass. It is unclear, however, whether the two ever made contact during those critical hours.
Just think of how many homes and lives could have been saved if Bass had been in LA and Harris-Dawson had shown leadership. One could call this criminal negligence. […]

President Trump at least on paper has one more legal ‘hurdle’ to clear before assuming office once again, and it comes from an unexpected source.
The Daily Mail exclusively reported on Saturday that a convicted p*dophile named Anthony Sharp has sued Trump for $30,000 for a supposed ‘racist’ comment made during the 2024 campaign. The 58-year-old Sharp is currently being held in a prison cell in Soledad, California, where he is serving 25 years to life after being convicted of possessing child p*rn back in 2016.
The lawsuit filed by Sharp was mailed to the Palm Beach County courthouse in Trump’s home state of Florida, and the soon-to-be 47th President was served with the paperwork on December 2. In the frivolous suit, Sharp alleges he suffered “emotional trauma” after hearing Trump tell the National Association of Black Journalists (NABC) back in July that illegal aliens were stealing black jobs (which is true).
“What Trump said on national TV was downright racist as this particular defendant has a well-known history of making such comments,” Sharp whined in the suit. “Immigrants are stealing black jobs, just to make that statement alone is racist as well as slanderous to me and my family, because what is a black job?”

“Well, let me tell you what a black job is, really, from a black point of view. A black job is considered picking cotton – peanuts, etc. for their slave masters,” he added.

For reference, here is what Trump told the NABC:
“Coming from the border are millions and millions of people who happen to be taking black jobs,’ Trump explained. “They’re taking the employment from black people.”

Trump is right. The United States Civil Rights Commission published a briefing report back in 2010 which conclusively showed both illegal immigration and mass legal immigration plunges black Americans into poverty by reducing wages and shrinking the workforce.
As Breitbart notes, the federal government currently gives green cards to more than a million legal immigrants. At the same time, there are at least 15.5 million illegal aliens in the U.S.
In addition to his conviction for child p*rn, Sharp has an extensive criminal rap sheet dating back to 1988. This includes a charge of “lewd or lascivious acts” with a child under the age of 14.

The Mail notes Sharp is considered “sexually violent predator” by the State of California and is eligible for parole in September 2027.
Given how lawless and incompetent the Golden State has become, it would not be a shock to see him back out on the streets. […]

Local Los Angeles viewers were treated to a stunning and frightening sight Friday evening as wildfires continued to destroy homes and lives throughout Southern California.
FOX 11 captured an incredible phenomenon known as a ‘fire tornado‘ or ‘firenado’ spinning up amid the Palisades Fire in Los Angeles at roughly 10:45 local time.
“Check out this ‘firenado,’” reporter Adam Krueger says as the flames explode. “Unbelievable…This is a real thing.”

These rare events occur when a wind breeze meets a vortex. The vortex picks up the flames, creating a fire tornado.

The reporter, Adam Krueger, noted that these ‘firenados’ have reached EF3 status in the past. A tornado with that status can reach up to 165 miles per hour.
The Palisades Fire, which broke out on Tuesday, is the largest fire across Los Angeles County and has already wiped out more than 21,000 acres in Pacific Palisades and Malibu. It has become the most devastating wildfire in Los Angeles history and has claimed at least five lives so far.
Worse, the fire is only 8% contained at the moment and is spreading eastward toward the San Fernando Valley. More carnage is likely in store for Californians and their homes.

Dirty Special Counsel Jack Smith has officially resigned from the Department of Justice after ‘completing’ his hit-job on President Trump.
Politico just reported that word of Smith’s resignation came in a court filing DOJ officials submitted to U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon this afternoon. The filing shows Smith quietly stepped down Friday without fanfare on Friday.

This news comes less than one week after Smith’s top hatchet man Jay Bratt, abruptly resigned from the Justice Department.

It was previously reported that Smith was planning to step down and file a report before Trump was sworn in.
Smith’s legacy will be tyranny and vendetta against the soon-to-be 47th President.
Corrupt US Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Smith as special counsel to investigate whether criminal charges should be filed against Trump in November 2022 just one day after Trump announced a 2024 White House run.

Smith spent over $50 million of taxpayer money to hunt down Trump for non-crimes.
Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami in June 2023 for lawfully storing presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago estate which Secret Service agents protected. These included 31 counts under the Espionage Act of willful retention of national defense information and six other process crimes from his conversations with his attorney.
In July 2023, Jack Smith hit Trump with three additional charges in the investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago. The superseding indictment, filed in the Southern District of Florida, falsely claimed Trump was part of a scheme to delete security footage from Mar-a-Lago.

Then, in September 2023, Trump was charged with four counts in Smith’s garbage January 6 case in DC. These were: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.

President Trump has been unduly mocked by Democrats and corporate media journalists regarding his desire to purchase Greenland from Denmark. But he now has the Danes and Greenland’s full attention.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump for months has pushed for purchasing the world’s largest island and is not ruling out possible military action. He argues that Greenland becoming part of America is absolutely necessary for national security.
Trump is, of course, correct. The Arctic island is rich in natural resources and holds immense geopolitical value due to its proximity to the Arctic Circle and the presence of U.S. military assets, including Thule Air Base.
Moreover, China and Russia are circling Greenland seeking to take advantage of the islands enormous potential. Buying Greenland would enable the U.S. to seize control of the Arctic and deal a heavy blow to the ambitions of their two biggest global adversaries.

During a press conference Saturday, a journalist asked Greenland Prime Minister Mute Egede if he had spoken to President Trump regarding Greenland. Egede said “no” but that he was ready to.

“We are ready to do so (talk),” he said. “I think we are both ready to increase dialogue and reach out.”
“And therefore also talk about things that bring us together in the world we live in.”

Egade reiterated that he does not wish for Greenlanders to become Americans. However, the fact that he will speak with the soon-to-be 47th president shows the effectiveness of Trump’s bold ideas and dealmaking.
Meanwhile, Axios revealed Saturday that Denmark sent Team Trump a private message regarding the possible future of the island. While they still do not want to sell Greenland to America, they are open to discussing bolstering security on the world’s largest island or increasing the U.S. military.
They are also open to any other request from Trump outside of giving up territory.

No other president has been able to accomplish what Trump has done so far on Greenland, and he now stands in an incredibly advantageous position even before taking office. Even if Greenland does not become part of America, our national security will almost certainly be enhanced to the detriment of the Russians and Chinese.
But if Trump decides to go all or nothing on a Greenland purchase, it would be unwise to underestimate the man who wrote the world-famous “The Art of The Deal” all those years ago. […]

Tragic circumstances bring out the best and worst of humanity. In the case of the wildfires wreaking havoc across Southern California, we have seen both.
The worst offenders have been the hundreds of looters who have taken advantage of the homes not completely destroyed to grab incalculable amounts of goods.
One brave young woman, though, is taking a brave stand against these low-lifes with no help from the police. X user Diligent Denizen posted a video of the lady in action, showcasing how she is single-handedly putting her personal safety at risk to chase away looters in the LA neighborhood of Encino. Most of these looters do not speak a word of English.
This is an area near the Palisades fire, which began Tuesday, that is being used as an evacuation zone.

The video begins with the woman revealing that most of the people she sees are frequent ‘visitors’ to the area.

“In these cars, I have seen the EXACT SAME people moving around (for days),” she explains before springing into action. Within 30 seconds, she goes up to a dark car without regard for her safety and confronts one suspicious person in a dark vehicle.
“Can I help you?” she asks while holding a flashlight. After getting an inaudible response, she tells the man, “Yeah, there’s a fire, genius.”

Following the sequence, she and two men, who identify as journalists, erupt in laughter. One can be heard saying, “I really like you.”

A few moments later, a large white SUV pulls around looking for trouble but quickly vacates the scene after the group shouts “Policia” (Spanish for police) and says that cops are on their way.
Another white car carrying Hispanic-looking men soon pulls up but quickly flees the scene upon seeing the woman and her new group of friends.

“You ain’t getting sh*t!” one of the journalists shouts.
More cars continue to arrive to loot. But like the ones before, they vacate upon seeing the young woman.
While much of the video will invite chuckles from readers, it’s important to note she is potentially risking her life to stop crime. As we have seen across Democrat-run cities in America, crooks will not hesitate to pull out a gun and murder you in the street as they drive away. […]
