Five recent Chinese graduates of the University of Michigan have been charged with conspiracy, making false statements to investigators, and destroying records during the federal investigation. They were caught with cameras late at night on the base at Camp Grayling, America’s largest US National Guard training facility in Grayling, MI.
The students claimed to be there to observe a meteor shower. Their presence coincided with military exercises involving Taiwanese forces, which led authorities to believe they were engaged in espionage.
According to M-Live, the five suspects who graduated from the University of Michigan in May 2024 are Zhekai Xu, Renxiang Guan, Haoming Zhu, Yi Liang, and Jingzhe Tao. They were found on the US military training base in 2023 near tents, military vehicles, and sensitive communications equipment. Court records show that the students were part of a joint program with Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
MSN reports – The students were found at Bear Lake on the camp’s property after midnight on Aug. 13, 2023. About 7,000 military officials, including some from Taiwan, were participating in live firing exercises, records show.

A U.S. sergeant major found the students taking photos near classified equipment and soldiers sleeping in tents, records show.

One of the students told the sergeant major they were Chinese media members. The sergeant major told them to leave, which they quickly did.
Local police later found the students in a Super 8 motel in Grayling. Further investigation of financial transactions showed they were close associates, and Xu booked the room one week before the Aug. 13 encounter at Bear Lake.
Guan was stopped in mid-December at Detroit Metropolitan Airport before a flight to Shanghai. Customs agents searched his luggage and found evidence in Guan’s external hard drive of two photos of military vehicles at Camp Grayling, records show.
Guan told investigators he did not have interactions with U.S. military, government, or police in northern Michigan, records show.
Investigators found messages on the Chinese messaging app WeChat that showed the group discussing the trip to Camp Grayling. Tao discussed the interaction with the sergeant major, while Liang and Guan discussed deleting photos and messages to avoid agents thinking, “we are colluding,” records show.
The complaint states that the students departed the United States after graduation in May 2024.
It is unknown if the former U of M students are in custody.

The Camp Grayling training facility is less than 100 miles south of the highly controversial proposed CCP battery plant site in Big Rapids, MI, spearheaded by Michigan’s Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

So, why would Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Democrats in the Michigan legislature fight so hard to fund a battery plant tied to the CCP less than 100 miles from Camp Grayling? 
In Oct. 2022, the Gateway Pundit reported about the $715 million taxpayer-funded effort courted by Michigan’s tyrannical Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer, who has been fighting to keep the plans to open the battery plant located on Michigan’s fourth largest watershed.
While Gov. Whitmer hailed the plan as “the biggest ever economic development project in Northern Michigan,” she ignored the community’s environmental impacts and potential security risks.
Camp Grayling
Lori Brock, a Green Twp resident, owner of a local real estate agency, and Friesian horse ranch owner, has one of the largest parcels of land near the proposed Gotion plant. Brock also adopts animals on her farm, like the donkey I was able to meet the first time I traveled to her farm to meet the fearless, anti-Communist battery plant in my backyard activist.
Brock has fearlessly fought back against the Chinese battery plant and the Michigan Democrat Party machine. Just days after she hosted a rally with over 100 attendees from across the state of Michigan who came to show her and her neighbors their support, the Agriculture and Rural Development office, a government organization under the authority of dirty Democrat AG Dana Nessel’s office, received a Right to Farm complaint. The complaint alleged that there was manure run-off from Brock’s farm into tributaries of the Muskegon River.
Brock, who built the farm 13 years ago and has never had any issues before, believes the complaint was just “harassment.”
When the Agriculture and Rural Development office representative showed up on Lori’s farm, Lori had media and camera crews waiting for her. The woman tasked with assessing her farm apologized for coming and told Lori she had no idea why she was sent to her farm and that it was obviously very well taken care of.

Ms. Brock was first to expose the clause in Gotion’s business filings during a radio interview with Chuck Thelan, Gotion’s VP of North America. The clause states the battery company “shall set up a party organization and carry out party activities in accordance with the constitution of the Communist Party of China.”

On Sept. 27, US Rep. Majorie Taylor-Greene warned about the ramifications of a strike in a tweet. Rep. Greene claims, “It’s very important to understand how critical this is given that America is now in a $36 billion dollar food trade deficit for the first time in our nation’s history.
Also, the Biden-Harris administration and congressional out-of-control spending have driven inflation so high that many Americans can’t afford quality of life.
I think this situation is serious and, depending on whether they strike and how long it lasts, could be a crisis going into the election, holidays, and winter.

Yesterday, the International Longshore Association, headed up by a union boss who’s threatened to “cripple” America’s economy, which many economists are warning is already in a recession, endorsed Kamala Harris.

Today, the ILA announced they would follow through on their threat to strike.
CNBC shared some of the key points on the massive strike, which include:

50,000 ILA union longshoremen who walked off the job at East Coast and Gulf Coast ports from New England to Texas starting at 12:01 a.m. ET on Tuesday after failing to reach an agreement with port ownership on a new contract. This was the union’s first strike since 1977.
Between 43% and 49% of all U.S. imports and billions of dollars in trade monthly move through the U.S. East Coast and Gulf ports.
The International Longshoremen’s Association, the largest maritime union in North America, said in a Tuesday statement from ILA president Harold Daggett that it wants a $5 an hour per year increase over six years, all royalties for containers handled, and strict language against automation. The union had rejected an offer from the port management group USMX on Monday that included a wage hike over six years near 50%.

Truckers who were interviewed about the longshoreman strike are warned, “it’s the last thing we need right now.” With the current recession that’s not being talked about, truckers are concerned about the effect of the ILA strike.

So, what do we know about the ILA President Harold Daggett, who appears to be holding the cards to crippling the U.S. economy?
The New York Post reported on Mr. Daggett today, and their report of the ILA boss was less than flattering.
Fiery union boss Harold Daggett has long cast himself as a staunch advocate for blue-collar workers, even as he has lived in luxury, owning a yacht and driving a Bentley — and fought off alleged ties to the Mafia.
Sporting a polo shirt with a chunky gold medallion around his neck, the 78-year-old Daggett, who as president of the International Longshoremen’s Association is leading the port strikes stretching from Maine to Texas, was prone to theatrical flourishes in a September interview as he geared up for the strike.

“They’re gonna be like this,” Daggett said, grabbing his neck in a choking gesture. “I’ll cripple you. I will cripple you and you have no idea what that means. Nobody does.” 
According to the New York Post, Daggett has worked at the ILA for 57 years and took the helm as president in 2011 — raked in $728,000 in compensation last year from the ILA.
He collected another $173,000 as president emeritus of a local union branch, according to labor department filings.
According to Zillow and NJ Property Records, he lives in a 7,136-square-foot house valued at $1.7 million on a 10-acre lot in Sparta, New Jersey.

Blue collar credentials
Mr Daggett is a figure whose long union career has been shrouded in controversy. A thirdgeneration ILA member, the longshoreman has worked for the union for 57 years, becoming theinternational president in July 2011.
Despite his eminent blue-collar credentials, the union baron earned $728,000 last year from theILA, plus another $173,000 as president emeritus of a local union branch, Politico reported.He previously owned a 76-foot yacht, the Obsession, and has been spotted by his members ridingin a Bentley, according to The New York Times.
The Justice Department, which has reportedly lost two cases against Mr Daggett, has accused himof being an “associate” of the Genovese crime family——one of the infamous “five families” of the US Mafia.
In another screenshot, Meyer included the following information on the ILA boss:
Charged with racketeering in 2005, Mr Daggett, took the witness stand and portrayed himself as a mobtarget, despite evidence against him from a turncoat Mafia enforcer saying he was under the mob’s control,the New York Times reported.
During that trial, one of Mr Daggett’s co-defendants, a renowned mobster named Lawrence Ricci,disappeared. His decomposing body was found in the trunk of a car outside a New Jersey diner severalweeks later, with the killing still unsolved.
Despite his union serving as a historic symbol of the grip of organised crime on union members, asdepicted in the 1954 film “On the Waterfront’, Mr Daggett was acquitted in both cases.The union leader has previously criticised the Waterfront Commission, set up to combat Mafia control ofthe port, calling the allegations of mob influence “total bulls—“, and a “dark, ugly attack on Italian Americans.”

New York City, with a population of over 8.8 million, had some of the most iron-fisted COVID lockdown policies in America. In an undercover meeting with a reporter working for Steven Crowder’s popular Mug Club show, Dr. Jay Varma, the former Socialist Mayor Bill De Blasio’s COVID Czar for NYC, was caught revealing stunning details about how he ignored the mandates he pushed on citizens, like no indoor dining, during NYC’s brutal COVID lockdowns.

The first-hand account of Dr. Varma’s wild activities, which flew in the face of the iron-fisted mandates forced on citizens in NYC, is shocking.
In the video below, the senior advisor for public health in the mayor’s office admitted to holding secret drug-fueled sex parties in a room below a bank on Wall Street with his wife.

He admitted to hosting parties for between 8-9 individuals and explained how important the sex parties were for him and his fellow sex/drug party participants due to the stress of being locked down.

Dr. Varma admitted that he would have been “embarrassed” if anyone found out because his job was to run the COVID response for NYC, which included locking people down and shaming them for not getting the COVID vaccinations. New Yorkers would have been “pissed” if they found out, the sick doctor told the young undercover female reporter.
“I had to be kind of sneaky about it,” he told the female reporter. “I was running the entire COVID response for the city. We rented a hotel—we all took like, you know, Molly/Ecstacy. 8 to 10 of us were in a room. Like just being naked with friends…” he explained.

“We went to some, like, underground dance party—underneath a bank on Wall Street—We were all rolling,” he told the young woman as he laughingly admitted, “This was not Covid-friendly!”
He joked, “I did all this deviant, sexual stuff while I was, you know, like on TV and stuff.”
Dr. Varma reasoned that his job was very difficult and the wild sex and drug parties were necessary to help him “blow off steam.” He casually explained how, while he was forcing everyone else to adhere to his COVID mandates or face serious consequences, he needed to break the rules he placed on the over 8.8 million citizens living in NYC. “The only way I could do this job for the city was if I had some way to blow off steam every now and then,” he said.

Michigan and Pennsylvania are two critical, must-win states in the upcoming election. The so-called swing states are governed by radical Democrat Governors Gretchen Whitmer and Josh Shapiro, both of whom were considered top picks for Kamala Harris’ VP candidate.
Michigan’s dirty Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is arguably the nation’s most dishonest and partisan election official in America.
Although Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State, Albert Schmidt, is a Republican, he was appointed by Democrat Governor Josh Shapiro.
Schmidt was widely criticized following the highly controversial 2020 election for refusing to investigate the results.

President Trump blasted Sec. Schmidt on Twitter, saying he “refuses to look at a mountain of corruption & dishonesty” in Philadelphia, PA, where multiple election observers reported serious election integrity issues.

In June 2023, PA SOS Schmidt defended the failed ERIC system, which was previously under the control of the far-left Democrat hack David Becker, as an important tool in keeping the state’s voter rolls accurate.
It seems like almost every day, a new plot to give Democrats an unfair advantage over Republicans in the upcoming election is uncovered, or some scheme is revealed that gives Democrats the ability to place ineligible voters on the voter rolls.
One of the more disturbing schemes involves automatically registering voters, with or without their knowledge, when they apply for driver’s licenses.
On September 24, 2023, MI SOS Jocelyn Benson announced automatic voter registration in the state of Michigan:
“Making voter registration automatic for eligible citizens means more Michigan residents will have access to participating in our democracy,” Benson said in a release. “I look forward to this both strengthening our democracy and ultimately helping transactions move more quickly in branch offices by eliminating extra paperwork.”

On September 19, 2023, Pennsylvania’s Democrat Governor Josh Shapiro announced automatic voter registration in Pennsylvania:
Starting today, Commonwealth residents who are obtaining new or renewed driver licenses and ID cards and are eligible to vote will be automatically taken through the voter registration application process unless they opt out of doing so. Previously, eligible voters were required to take additional steps to opt into the voter registration process. Today’s changes also increase access to voter registration by adding instructions in five more languages, for a total of 31 languages.
By implementing AVR, Pennsylvania joins a group of 23 states) with leaders from both parties – including Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Georgia, Virginia, and West Virginia – who have taken this step to promote election security and save taxpayers time and money.

Why must an English-speaking nation make voter registration available in 31 languages? Aren’t all of the street signs written in English? If the applicant can’t read English, they can’t read street signs either.
Shouldn’t this concern every driver, or is the inclusion of 31 languages on the driver’s license application simply a way to get non-citizens crossing our southern border from over 100 countries registered to vote in 24 of 50 states?
Illegal aliens in the state of Michigan are allowed to obtain driver’s licenses, but they are warned they will be subject to a misdemeanor if they vote in a federal election.
In September 2023, while the Democrat’s open border plan was in full effect, former President Barack Obama shared the “great news” about voters being automatically registered to vote in Pennsylvania when they apply for a driver’s license. He concluded his tweet by saying he hoped that more states would follow the lead of Pennsylvania (making it easier for non-citizens to vote).

Now, it’s being reported by The Federalist that the Pennsylvania Motor Voter System will be audited for NON-citizen voters.
According to a Right-to-Know request response obtained by Heather Honey, executive director of the Election Research Institute and co-founder of Verity Vote, at least 628,234 noncitizens had a state driver’s license or a non-driver’s license photo identification in Pennsylvania.
Now an investigation has been announced to look at how the state is keeping illegal voters from registering in the process of getting a driver’s license.
Pennsylvania Auditor General Timothy DeFoor, a Republican, sent a letter Monday to PennDOT Secretary Michael Carroll and Neil Weaver, secretary of the Governor’s Office of Administration, informing them that the auditor’s office will be conducting a performance audit of the motor voter registration process.
The audit will look at the automatic voter registration system covering the period between Jan. 1 and June 30.
Specifically, it will look at the implementation of the program, its compliance with the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, and how it relates to the state election code. The audit will also “determine whether PennDOT’s Motor Voter interface files sent to the Pennsylvania Department of State properly excluded non-citizens.”
After this story was published by The Federalist, PennDOT Press Secretary Alexis Campbell responded with a lengthy email, insisting, “Non-citizens do not get registered to vote or do not encounter any opportunity to register to vote when getting a driver’s license in Pennsylvania.”
(In 2017, however, then-Pennsylvania Secretary of State Robert Torres announced that a “glitch” at PennDOT had allowed noncitizens to register to vote for decades, and the state has tried to keep records showing the extent of that problem hidden from watchdog groups since then.)
The GOP has flipped the script in PA, to lead in new voters, according to the department of state data.

In Beaver, Berks, and Bucks counties, Republicans have become the registered majority.
Democrats led Beaver County by 2,666 voters in 2022, but the county now has Republican voters ahead by 2,192 voters. Berks County currently has 6,140 more Republicans than Democrats, who used to lead the county by 2,427 voters. And Bucks County recently turned red for the first time in at least a decade, as Democrats lost a 7,668-voter lead and the GOP picked up a 1,096-voter advantage. […]

Michigan’s Democrat-controlled Senate passed a package of four DIRTY election bills yesterday, referred to as the “State Voting Rights Act.”

The bills, now heading to the Democrat-controlled House, have stirred controversy among critics asserting they represent a significant state government takeover of elections and threaten election integrity on a number of fronts, not the least of which is the special treatment afforded to “protected classes” of people. In addition, Senate Bills 401 through 404 shift control of elections from the legislature to the state’s courts and executive branch, giving the secretary of state unprecedented power over local governments.
For example, SB 401 empowers court-appointed monitors to oversee local elections, opens the door to ranked-choice voting, and forces local governments to notify the SOS office before changing even the location of a ballot drop box. It also funds the expenses of candidates from protected classes to run for office.
Patrice Johnson, Chair of Pure Integrity Michigan Elections (PIME), described the bills as a major blow to election integrity. “Under the auspices of equity, these bills create favored ‘protected classes,’” she said. “They give the state judicial and executive branches of government authoritarian control over local jurisdictions and minimize the role of duly elected legislators. They use taxpayer dollars to fund the government takeover.”

Johnson highlighted SB 401’s introduction of the Michigan Voting Rights Assistance Fund. “This bill creates a bottomless pit of funding for lawfare against local governments and citizens. The funds come from taxpayer dollars and ‘charitable contributions or from any other source,’” she said. “This is tantamount to welcoing dark money and institutionalizing banana republic corruption. Plus, the funds remain separate in perpetuity.”
Sec. 15. (1) The Michigan Voting Rights assistance fund is created in the state treasury.
(2) The state treasurer shall deposit money and other assets received from charitable contributions or from any other source in the Michigan Voting Rights Assistance Fund. The state treasurer shall direct the investment of money in the Michigan Voting Rights Assistance Fund and credit interest and earnings from the investments to the Michigan Voting Rights Assistance Fund.

(3) Money in the Michigan Voting Rights Assistance Fund at the close of the fiscal year remains in the fund and does not lapse into the general fund.
(4) The Department of State is the administrator of the Michigan Voting Rights Assistance Fund for audits of the Michigan Voting Rights Assistance Fund.
(5) The Department of State shall expend money from the Michigan Voting Rights Assistance fund only for the purpose of reimbursing prospective plaintiffs and local governments for certain expenses….
Ranked choice voting does away with the idea of one person, one vote and turns elections into a lottery system. It disenfranchises voters and cannot be audited,” Johnson said.
SB 401, Sec. 3, (a) “Alternative method of election” means a method of electing candidates to the legislative body of a local government other than an at-large method of election or a district-based method of election and includes but is not limited to, proportional ranked-choice voting, cumulative voting, or limited voting that incorporate aspects of at-large and district-based methods of election.
One key point of contention is Senate Bill 404, which has drawn the ire of Republican lawmakers. Former Secretary of State and current Senator Ruth Johnson, R-Holly, strongly opposed the bill, claiming it would erode voter privacy and place unnecessary burdens on local election officials.
“These bills would cost taxpayers millions of dollars and create new obstacles for our clerks and local units of government that are simply unnecessary,” Sen. Johnson said. She argued the bills go beyond existing federal and state voting rights protections and would establish an excessive bureaucracy.
Senator Johnson’s concerns about electioneering within polling places were central to her objections. She emphasized the threat to the privacy of voters and the potential for inappropriate influence within polling locations.
“Under this bill, I could enter a polling location — even if I was a candidate on the ballot — and say ‘Hi, I’m Ruth Johnson, please accept this snack while you’re waiting in line to vote.’” She highlighted the potential for candidates to campaign inside polling places. The act of distributing food and drinks to voters within 100 feet of a polling location is currently against the law and considered electioneering.
Senator Johnson proposed two amendments to SB 404 aimed at restricting such practices, but both were defeated in the Senate vote. One amendment sought to ban candidates from distributing food or beverages inside polling locations, while the other proposed limiting such activities to areas outside polling places.
Sen. Ruth Johnson concluded her remarks by stating, “The voting process is a private opportunity for citizens to express their preferences without undue influence or distraction.”
Senator Jim Runestad (R) came out swinging against all four bills. Of SB 402, he said, “Establishing an ‘institute’ for collecting election data outside of a government entity that is understood by the public to be proprietary information is a dangerous precedent and a breach of the public trust.”
SB 403 expressly assigns language assistance for elections to local city and township governments. This bill’s enactment, Runstad said, “Would not only place a substantial financial burden on local government, but it will also be especially burdensome as part of the election day process at the precincts.”
He called for legislation and funding to develop English language programs for all non-English-speaking eligible voters and non-voters “to reduce the need for this type of legislation.” He criticized SB 403 as impractical and unsustainable from a fiscal point of view.
Patrice Johnson warned legislators not to be lulled into thinking they can reverse these bills if party control changes during the November 5 election. “These bills are slated to take effect in January 2026, but Section 13(5) in SB 401 states, ‘The secretary of state may adopt rules under the administrative procedures act,’” Johnson warned. “The executive branch is trying to change the rules and adopt SB 603 early under the Administrative Procedures Act. It’s logical to assume they’ll try to do the same with this entire package.”
All four bills now move to the Michigan House, where further debate is expected as lawmakers grapple with concerns about election costs, the potential for legal battles, and the balance between equity of outcomes versus equal rights for all people.

Americans are frustrated by the lack of concern over the recent actions by the violent Venezuelan gangs plaguing the Denver, CO, area. Colorado’s Democrat Governor and Democrat AG are both downplaying the danger to citizens that these violent gangs pose to the safety of the city and surrounding communities.

MI SOS Jocelyn Benson and her Director of Elections, Eric Brater, are currently being sued by the RNC, who is attempting to force the state of MI to fix its grossly over-inflated voter rolls, citing their failure to “live up” to the NVRA or National Voter Registration Act’s requirement that demands voter rolls must be kept clean.

The lawsuit states that MI SOS Benson and BOE Director Brater/ERIC chair have failed to meet the requirements outlined in section 8 of the NRVA, or National Voter Registration Act, which requires the states to maintain clean and accurate voter registration records.
Of the 83 counties in Michigan, the lawsuit claims at least 53 have more active registered voters than adult citizens over 18, and 23 have registrations exceeding 90% of adult citizens over 18. The lawsuit states, “that number of voters is impossibly high.” Comparing the registered active voter count to the 2022 Census data reveals that these 53 counties have active voter registration rates at or above 100 percent of their citizen voting-age populations.
Meanwhile, MI AG Dana Nessel is setting the stage for the outside chance Democrats don’t get enough “votes” to overtake TTrump’slead in Michigan.
