Preventing Targeted Violence in Your Community: Law Enforcement’s Role in Prevention

Thursday, May 9, 1 p.m. EDT

Our May Prevention Forum will address the role of state, local, tribal and territorial law enforcement in targeted violence and terrorism prevention (TVTP). This Forum will discuss how Federal, State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Law Enforcement, as well as other public safety professionals can help to create a “culture of prevention.”

JR Masztalics, CP3 Regional Prevention Coordinator for Indiana and Michigan, will moderate this Forum. Panelists will explore what TVTP looks like in the local law enforcement and public safety community, the role of local law enforcement, and how to support prevention in practice.
