Proof Research Latitude rifle is built with a Zermatt Arms RimX action that has a modified ball bolt knob, 20-MOA Picatinny rail, and is fed from detachable box magazines of 10-round capacity. The trigger is a TriggerTech Special Trigger. The rifle is currently available chambered in .22 LR only. It features an 18″ cut-rifled Sendero profile carbon fiber wrapped Proof Research barrel that has a 1:16″ twist rate and a 1/2×28 threaded muzzle.

The Latitude rifles are built with Proof Research carbon fiber stocks available in two versions: fixed and adjustable. The latter has an adjustable cheek rest as well as an adjustable length of pull (11″ to 14 1/8″). The action is Cerakoted (black color only) and the stock comes painted in Green Granite color or Green Jungle camouflage (shown in the pictures of this article). The overall weight of the rifle is 5 lbs 5oz or 6 lbs 4oz, presumably depending on the stock design.
