[SHOT 2024] New Bond Arms Tactical Lever-Action and Cyclops Derringer In .50 AE

Attending the SHOT Show 2024, Bond Arms unveiled updates to two of its firearms. The first is an updated version of their LVRB tactical lever-action rifle, and the second is a new variant of their Cyclops big-bore derringer.

Bond Arms first teased the LVRB tactical lever-action rifle back at the 2023 SHOT Show and returned in 2024 with an evolved design. Changes to the rifle include an updated trigger design. With a Wylde chamber, this rifle guarantees compatibility with .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO, and it uses AR magazines. 300 Blackout and other chamberings will follow. The rifle comes with a 16.5-inch barrel with a threaded muzzle. There is a Picatinny rail atop the receiver and barrel for the attachment of optics or iron sights. In addition, the forend incorporates M-LOK slots for easy mounting of accessories. A Magpul stock with an adjustable riser is standard on these rifles. Bond Arms representatives stated that the rifle is scheduled to hit retail outlets in the second quarter of the year with a suggested retail price of $1,599.

Bond Arms also introduced a new .50 AE version of its Cyclops big-bore derringer. This single-shot, break-action pistol weighs in at 28 ounces. The company confirmed that there are no plans at present to release double-barrel versions of its large caliber pistols. One Bond Arms representative said, “Realistically, I don’t think there’s going to be a lot of people who are going to want to pop off another one right away after the first shot,”.

The tech specs for the Cyclops big-bore derringer are as follows:
– Weight: 28 Ounces
– Fixed iron sights
– Cross bolt safety
– Rebound hammer
